We offer a variety of tours including sightseeing boat tours, private boat charter, paddle tours, bike tours and more!
Our tours range from one hour to full-day excursions, depending on the type of tour you choose.
Our boat tours typically start at 10.15 and run throughout the day on a regular timetable.
Please refer to the individual product pages for more specific information on timetabling and availability.
Customers who are going on one of our guided paddlesports tours should arrive 30 minutes prior to their timeslot. This insures there is enough time to meet the guide, get changed and get signed in.

Customers who are travelling on one of our boat tours are asked to arrive at least 5 minutes before their timeslot.

Prices vary depending on the type of tour:
Tour boat tickets start at £15 for an adult and £10 for a child.Â
Our guided paddle tours start at £45 per person and vary with the type of equipment required.
Our guided bike tours start at £25 for a standard mountain bike or £45 for an E-Bike.
Yes! We offer a family discount for Boat tour tickets.
A Family ticket includes 2 adults and 2 children for £40
You can book online through our website, by phone, or at our ticket offices located at the jetty at Lomond Shores in Balloch, or with our staff member on the pier in Luss.

While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot, especially during peak seasons.
Safety and Accessibility
All of our tour boats are equipped with life jackets, first aid kits, and are regularly inspected to meet safety standards. Our crew is also trained in emergency procedures.
If you are booked for one of our guided bike or paddlesports tours, then one of our trained staff members will run through a thorough safety briefing before setting off and you will be provided with all relevant safety equipment (buoyancy aid, wetsuit, helmet etc…)
Yes, we have a wheelchair access ramp down to the boat at our site in Balloch. However, assistance will be required to transfer from the jetty onto the boat.Â
We therefore don’t recommend our boat tours to those in motorised wheelchairs, or those who have severely restricted mobility.

Yes! We are more than happy to accommodate well-behaved pets on both the boat tours, and our guided paddlesports tours.
However, we recommend refraining from bringing pets on the guided bike tours.
Other Information
For the boat tours no specialist equipment is required so just bring weather appropriate clothing.

For the guided paddlesports tours we recommend to bring swimwear to wear underneath a wetsuit, sun-cream, a towel and a dry change of clothes for after the tour.

For the guided bike tour we recommend sporty clothing and a decent pair of trainers, along with a weather appropriate jacket and sun-cream etc…
We operate our bike and paddlesports tours from April to October. Limited tours are available during the winter months, weather permitting.
Our tourboat runs all year round!
